A family member can sign up and pay for someone else's 2027 bouquet subscription at Bloom Where You Are Planted Flower Farm. Choose weekly flowers or a bouquet every second week, then ask Monique to confirm delivery to the recipient's location. Pickup at the flower stand in Emyvale is also available.
Which subscription plans are available?
From mid July to mid October 2027, the weekly plan brings about 14 Tuesday bouquets for $250 CAD over the season. Every second Tuesday costs $125 CAD for about seven bouquets.
There is also a $25 CAD single-bouquet option, arranged in advance through the same sign-up form. That can suit someone who wants flowers on a particular Tuesday without committing to the whole season. Confirm the date with Monique.
How do I choose a plan for someone else?
Choose the weekly plan if a fresh bouquet each Tuesday suits the recipient, or every second week if a less frequent delivery works better. Consider any summer travel before selecting the plan, and discuss that timing with the farm rather than assuming missed weeks can be moved.
If the recipient lives in a care residence, ask how flowers should be addressed and where a delivery can be received. Burnside Community Care is on Bloom's planned route for 2027. Delivery elsewhere depends on the location and needs confirmation.
What happens to the bouquet jars?
The delivered bouquet comes in a jar, and the previous jar is collected when the next flowers arrive. The recipient does not need to arrange a separate return between deliveries. Ask Monique about the final jar and any pickup arrangement when confirming the plan.
What do I need for the sign-up?
Provide the recipient's name and delivery location, with a room or unit number where relevant. Add your own contact details if you are organising the gift, then select the bouquet plan and payment preference. Use the notes field for anything Monique needs to know before confirming.
There is no payment taken on the website, and Monique confirms every sign-up before the season starts. Payment options are e-transfer, cash or cheque. Confirm the gift and delivery details first so the recipient knows when to expect the flowers.
